Diversity
Diversity and ethical responsibility
I strive to have a psychotherapy practice that embraces and celebrates people of all races, physical bodies, genders, sexualities, relationship types, cultures, spiritual beliefs, neuro-diversities and sexual orientations. As a white cisgender woman, I work to bring awareness to the power and privilege I’m given and actively work to be anti-racist and culturally aware.
If you’d like to share or ask me anything about this policy please get in touch anytime hello@margatetherapist.co.uk
I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the counselling professions. You can read their commitment to clients here:

Donations
I donate a small percentage of my income to charity. In 2024 I am supporting the Red Cross, Black Minds Matter UK and Oasis Domestic Abuse service in Margate.
